CONTEST RULES
HOW TO ENTER: Locate Phit Whit (as pictured above) on our website. Upon doing so, click the “Enter Contest” button below his image to enter the contest. By clicking the button you agree to the following Contest Rules.
1. Open to individuals 18 years old or older in USA.
2. Monthly contests begin on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
3. Only one entry per person (per ISP address) per month.
4. Winner will be randomly selected by computer from all entries successfully submitted.
5. The Prize must be accepted as described on this website and cannot be returned, transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
6. The winner will be notified by email on the first day of the month following the contest. The winner has five calendar days to acknowledge notification, otherwise an alternate winner will be randomly selected by computer.
7. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Phit Greetings against any and all liability in any way associated with the Contest, including but not limited to claims for:
Injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of prize.
Typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest.
Lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, or misdirected contest entries.
Failure of any reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive notice of a prize.
Defects or delays in the prize awarded that are outside of Phit Greetings control.
